Review
The 500 upgrade mixer arms and washout are essentially copies of the standard arms in metal. So there is little to say in regard to what has changed i.e. not a lot.
That said the arms being metal do tighten up much better to the head and the slop is minimised and noticeably better than the plastic arms. Is this noticeable in flight, quite frankly yes it is. The collective is a bit sharper and less forgiving, so chaos as an example can be more difficult after the upgrade as pitch inputs are more noticeable. Where as on stock mixers the heli is more forgiving as pitch changes aren't immediately felt, so the heli feels a bit softer in flight.

Conclusion
This is a straightforward no nonsense upgrade designed to reduce slop which it does very nicely indeed.
Recommended for those who like a slop free, tight machine and value accuracy in their flying.
