This page details my setup for a standard beginners Trex build.
This is a very basic setup and doen't go into a great deal of detail. If you want a very detailed explanation then please read through Nigel Fraser Ker's setup article, Nigel is a very experienced pilot and regularly competes at 3D Masters,
he also runs www.heli-lessons.com which is a business dedicated to teaching people how to setup and fly
model helicopters.
This configuration is deliberately standard as this is where most beginners
are likely to start with the Trex. Please see my Upgrades or Modifications pages for more advanced configurations.
OK, first and foremost the cylic on the Trex is VERY sensitive. My recommendec
initial configuration is to use the innermost holes on the servo horn for
both of the cyclic servos. See pictures below.
